Is Laughing a Workout?

We heard that laughing can be beneficial to your health in many ways.  Studies show that laughter and exercise may be more in common than you think.  So – of course we had to try it out.  The results were stunning.  Tiffany said that her abdominal were tired after just two minutes and that she felt fatigue in her shoulders, biceps, gluts, and her hamstrings.  Awesome right!  Did you know that laughter can support the immune system, improve blood pressure, stimulate the organs and reduce pain?  Let’s not get too crazy – watching funny movies at home on the couch is not going to lead us to perfect health!  But remember that laughter has a powerful benefit that can keep you smiling!
