Whats up PhillyHealthWatch gang? I hope you all had a happy and healthy weekend/Fathers Day! The time with our families over the weekend is always fun and rewarding. The only problem is “Monday” morning. For many of us there is a sense that it’s all over. But, Mondays are great because they are a start. The start of the work week, business week, and school week. It’s a opportunity to get back to our goals. On Monday morning we get a chance to reevaluate our eating habits and fitness regimen. This is fantastic because either way you look at it, its back to the drawing board. Essentially, it’s always a new you!
