It Starts With a Little Motivation!

Whats up PhillyHealthWatch gang?  I hope you all had a happy and healthy weekend/Fathers Day! The time with our families over the weekend is always fun and rewarding. The only problem is “Monday” morning. For many of us there is a sense that it’s all over. But, Mondays are great because they are a start. The start of the work week, business week, and school week. It’s a opportunity to get back to our goals. On Monday morning we get a chance to reevaluate our eating habits and fitness regimen. This is fantastic because either way you look at it, its back to the drawing board. Essentially, it’s always a new you!

So, with this start of new week and new you, we here at PHW have simply put together a few quotes that we feel will help pep you up and put new wind behind your sails. Why try to motivate with new words when it’s already been done by the best?

-“To accomplish GREAT things, we must not only act, but also DREAM, not only plan, but also BELIEVE.”- Anatole France

-“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.” – Albert Einstein

-“Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Either one, its always your choice.” – Wayne Dryer

-“You may have to fight a battle more than once to win.” – Margaret Thatcher

-“We will either find a way or make one.” – Hannibal

-“Fall seven times, stand up eight.” – Japanese proverb

-“IT’S not going to work if  YOU are not going to work.” – ME

We hope that you will take one or all of these with you through out the week so that you may become a better version of yourself. It’s a new week, the possibilities are ENDLESS! GO GET IT GANG!!!!!!
